Spanishoegallery now has an account on Polyvore. I use the site so much for browsing shoes that I decided to go one step further and start creating looks, or sets, based on the shoes. One thing I realized is how many amazingly creative people are registered there. It takes a lot of imagination and artistic skill to create really good collages, which is what these sets really are. I came across sets created by Lauren Cannon (USA) and was really impressed by her work. Her emotionally charged fantasies conjure up a whole new dimension for the fashion pieces that she uses. It’s a perfect blend of fashion and art.
Here is a collage she created for Spanishoegallery, using three different pumps by Sacha London, a pair of espadrilles by Sí by Sinela (featured in our side bar kiosk) , and a red rope sandal by Paloma Barceló.
